Automatic Rolling

The aged raw material mud columns are precisely cut into specific weights of mud cakes and positioned onto our pre-prepared stone molds, then formed using a rolling press. Excess material generated during this process is efficiently recycled. Post rolling, the clay blanks, still encased in their gypsum molds, are meticulously arranged on the drying chain, where they await drying and subsequent demolding.
